Goodbye 2025, hello 2026: a year of innovation and a look at what’s ahead
2025 is coming to an end, and it’s time to take stock: an exciting year full of new product launches, practical insights and events that have allowed us to connect with customers and professionals across the sector. Now it’s time to look ahead with enthusiasm to 2026 — we’re already looking forward to it!
As we say goodbye to 2025 and welcome 2026, we look back on a year full of momentum, creativity and new challenges, but also one in which we reaffirmed what truly works and connects us with our customers and partners. This is why we want to review and celebrate everything we’ve learned and shared along the way. Certain things remain unchanged: we continue to be present at key industry trade fairs, showcasing our latest innovations and connecting with professionals, and we maintain traditions that allow us to strengthen our commitment to social responsibility.
New products in 2025 that are here to stay
This year has been marked by launches that combine tradition and modernity, with products designed to surprise and adapt to the needs of bakeries, foodservice professionals and households alike. Among the sweet highlights — perfect for those with a sweet tooth — are the Chocolate Plait, Croissant Palmier, Margarine Croissant and Mini Croissant Bar, as well as more recent additions such as Hoops Party, the Caramel Biscuit Muffin, the Custard Plait and the Mini Danish Selection.
Savoury products have also played a key role, thanks to their irresistible balance of indulgence and practicality. Versatile, original and full of flavour, 2025 welcomed products such as the Chicken & Béchamel Puff Pastry Empanada, Hot Dog Pastry Handkerchief, Cheese Stick, Cheese & Bacon Snecken, Kebab Panini and Barbecue Plait.
Bread, of course, has had a starring role as well — and what a role it has been. 2025 has brought a wide range of diverse and distinctive bread solutions, including the Gran Verité Bar, Verité Bâton, Verité Bar, Verité Super Baguette, Verité Express Sandwich Roll and Petit Verité Express Bâton. These launches have been complemented by others such as the Sliced Corn Loaf, Sliced Multigrain Loaf, Country-Style Bread, Rustic Bread, Small Round Loaf, Mini Loaf Selection, Traditional Sandwich Roll and Tiernecito Skewer Bread.
All these products have enabled our customers to expand their assortments, offer more attractive proposals and make the most of key consumption moments — from breakfast to afternoon snacks and special events.
Key insights and learnings from 2025
Throughout the year, we have focused on supporting our customers with practical recommendations, effective ideas and useful tips to help them get the most out of each product and every occasion: how to turn Blue Monday into an opportunity, how to give bread a second life, breakfast proposals, or how to choose the right product for each moment. All of this has helped to increase sales, build customer loyalty and communicate the quality and versatility of our products — and we couldn’t be happier about it.
Sustainability has also been one of the key themes of the year and an area where we have made a strong commitment: eco-friendly materials and practices, energy efficiency and tackling food waste. These values will continue to guide our path in 2026, as innovation and environmental responsibility must go hand in hand without compromising on quality or flavour.
Looking ahead: 2026 is already here
As we look to the year ahead, we see trends that are clearly consolidating and new opportunities that will make 2026 especially exciting. Consumers will continue to seek products that surprise with every bite, and we will keep innovating to deliver original, high-quality and delicious solutions. Natural ingredients and wholegrain breads will remain on the rise, while digitalisation and closeness to the customer will continue to be essential for optimising processes and generating engagement and visibility.
We say goodbye to 2025 and look ahead to 2026 with optimism and enthusiasm.
Happy New Year!
