Express bread made with very long fermentation processes resulting in an extra crispy crust with an intense golden colour, an aroma full of nuances and a tender and fresh bite.

A fried tomato base is spread on top of the bread. Vegetables such as courgette, aubergine, red and green pepper, onion and potato. Add a touch of oregano for a special touch.
